CSF collaborated with elite partners PWR and Studio RSR to engineer the “Level-Up” Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold tailored for the BMW M2, M3, and M4 S58 engines, both Comp and Non-Comp versions. This partnership grants access to exclusive Formula 1-grade technology from PWR, combined with Studio RSR’s hands-on racing expertise with the S58 platform. Constructed from premium billet aluminum, each manifold undergoes precise CNC machining and TIG welding to create a robust, seamless single-piece design engineered for extreme boost conditions and high-performance demands.

Central to this system is a liquid-to-air F1-grade Bar & Plate intercooler core, crafted by PWR and pressure tested to an exceptional 120 psi. This vastly outperforms the OEM unit, which typically fails around 27 psi due to its plastic end tank construction. Designed for racing and high-boost applications, this manifold offers superior cooling capacity, reliability, and durability, ensuring peak engine performance and longevity under intense conditions.
