Clean, Compact, and Fabricated In-House

Running ITBs on a Toyota AE86 GTS with the factory 16V engine is a recipe for fun—but it can also create some headaches when it comes to vacuum management. Between the idle control valve (ICV), brake booster line, intake air temp sensor, and individual throttle body ports, things can get cluttered quickly. We wanted a smarter, cleaner solution for our own build, so we made one.

The result? A compact, universal vacuum block with an integrated ICV flange that keeps everything tidy, functional, and reliable.

Designed for ITB Life

Instead of juggling separate components or cobbling together hoses, this vacuum block incorporates:

• ICV flange built right in

• Ports for all four throttle bodies

• Brake booster vacuum port

• Intake air temp sensor port

We mounted ours to the frame rail for a clean, tucked look—but you can put it just about anywhere in the bay. The universal design makes it flexible enough for other ITB setups too, not just AE86s.

Why It Matters

Traditional setups often leave you with a mess of vacuum lines and hacked brackets. Our block solves that problem by centralizing everything in one unit. The integrated idle control valve flange alone eliminates a ton of hassle while ensuring smooth idle control. Add in the dedicated ports, and you’ve got a solution that’s functional and show-ready.
